Personalization services for your Quillon pieces. Made to last.
Quill is the maker's tool — the extension of the workbench that turns a well-made garment into something that belongs to you. Order your piece, specify your customization, and receive something that carries your name alongside ours.
Customization work is done by the same craftsmen who finish each Quillon piece. Lead time is 5–10 business days depending on the service. Pricing is confirmed at the time of order.
Cut from Horween scrap leather — the same offcuts from collar and cuff production. Blind-embossed with your initials or a short word. Includes a waxed cord and brass rivet.
Horween Leather Co. · Chicago, ILThe name sewn into the inside of your piece — name, date acquired, edition number. Done in silk thread, same gauge as the garment interior. Not a stamp: an embroidery, by hand or machine depending on the piece.
Harlow Cut & Sew · Boston, MAThe edition number or owner name — engraved by hand into the horn button itself, not printed on the backing cloth. Engraved buttons are swapped for standard ones at no additional material cost.

Hand-finished, Quillon workshopInitials embossed on the muslin garment bag that ships with your piece — standard line only. The embossing is blind (no ink), pressed into the cotton. Small, clean, permanent.
Standard line onlyCustomization is handled separately from your piece order — you'll specify it at checkout or by email. We confirm everything before work starts.
At checkout, note your piece and the customization you want — service type, initials or name, any specifications. Or email us directly with the same information after placing your order.
We reply with confirmation of the service, any material costs, and the expected lead time — typically 5–10 business days depending on the service. Nothing is started without your sign-off.
The finished work arrives separately or with your piece, depending on the service. Horn buttons and luggage tags ship with the piece. Provenance cards are tucked inside before dispatch. Embroidery on labels is finished before your piece ships.
Pricing is per-service and will be confirmed in writing before work begins. Material costs (leather, thread) are included or quoted at confirmation. We do not begin work until you have confirmed the final price.
Lead time is 5–10 business days depending on the service and current workload. Customization work is non-refundable once started — we confirm twice before cutting or engraving anything. Returns on the base piece are handled separately from the customization.
Email us with your piece and the service you'd like. We'll confirm details and lead time within one business day.
